Since the project's first conception, one of the key features of the new Gloria Christi facilities being added on to the existing
facilties, is increased accessibility for those who are disabled or aged. The new sanctuary, except for the chancel steps
is entirely ground-level. The addition also includes wheel-chair accessible restrooms.
Besides this important feature, the added space will allow us to continue to make better use of the already existing facilities
as we reapportion their use for the Preschool/Daycare, youth, campus ministry, Bible study room, and needed storage. Also,
the larger narthex will be more suited to worshipers conversing before and after Divine Services.
